NHAEG - Isle of Wight - May 2006

The North Hampshire Austin Enthusiasts Group (NHAEG) is a small group of around 40 members who all share an interest in classic Austin's such as the Austin 7, 10 & 12. The group was originally set-up to fill the need for a local meet, with the larger Austin clubs being in London and Bristol, to which most of the group are members. Although the group is mainly aimed at Austin owners people with an interest in other classic and historic vehicles are always welcome.

The NHAEG's main intention is to provide a local meeting place and therefore may not provided a calendar as full as the larger clubs. But the group do produce a monthly newsletter and a number of events throughout the year for its members.

The Group meet on the second Monday of each month at the New Inn, near to the village of Heckfield on the B3349, which is between Reading and Basingstoke. A variety of events and talks are organised for a number of meets throughout the year otherwise it's just nice to meet for a Noggin & Natter. A large number of members always turn up in their historic cars.
